  • Derived health metrics, such as your Longevity Score, body‑system scores (e.g., cardiovascular, metabolic), trends over time, and risk indicators that we generate based on your data.

  • App usage and device information, including device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and performance metrics.

  • Permissions‑based data, such as access to your device camera or photo library to scan or upload lab results, access to local file storage to read PDFs you select, and notification tokens to send in‑app or push notifications.

  • Messaging identifiers, such as your WhatsApp or Telegram account identifiers, are used when you choose to connect our Longevity AI Assistant to your messaging account, so that we can link your messages to your LifeUnlocked profile.

Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.

Information We Collect Through Cookies

We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data may include information about how you access and use our Site and your account, including device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address, and other information regarding your interaction with the Services.

Information We Obtain from Third Parties

  • AI‑powered features. Where you opt in, we use your information to power AI‑based features, such as our Longevity AI Assistant, which may analyze your health information and respond to your questions. We may send portions of your data (for example, de‑identified or pseudonymized lab values and related context) to trusted third‑party AI providers in order to generate these insights, under contracts that restrict their use of your information.

  • Mobile app functionality. We use device and permission‑based data to operate and improve our mobile apps, including enabling camera‑based scanning of lab results, secure upload of files, and delivery of in‑app or push notifications (for example, reminders to re‑test, new results available, or updates to your insights).

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies that we use related to powering our store with Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to power and improve our Site and our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics, and better understand user interaction with the Services (in our legitimate interests to administer, improve and optimize the Services).   • Where necessary for the performance of a contract with you, for example, to provide the Services you have requested.

  • Our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, ensuring security, preventing fraud, and performing basic analytics, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
    You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or, where applicable, via settings inside the app. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some or all features that rely on health data.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
