Daily fuel for brain, vision, and heart support.
- Heart support - Omega-3 long-chain fatty acids, such as DHA is beneficial for the cardiovascular system
- Supports normal vision - DHA is concentrated in the retina
- Daily omega-3 gap support - the body converts plant omega-3 ALA into DHA only very inefficiently, taking DHA directly is the most practical way to raise DHA
- Cell membrane support - DHA is not only relevant for the brain and eyes; omega-3s are important components of cell membranes throughout the body
- Long-term wellness routine - Omega-3s are not a stimulant you “feel” immediately. They work best as a daily foundational supplement used consistently over weeks and months as part of a broader health routine

FAQs
What is Omega-3 DHA?
Omega-3 DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, is a long-chain omega-3 fatty acid found naturally in marine sources such as fish and algae. It is one of the most important structural fats in the brain and retina, and direct intake is the most practical way to increase DHA levels in the body.
Why is it important?
DHA plays a structural role in cell membranes and is especially concentrated in the brain and eyes. Established scientific opinions support DHA’s role in normal brain function and normal vision, while omega-3 intake more broadly is also linked to cardiovascular support.
Is it 3rd party tested?
Omega-3 DHA is manufactured in the EU from the highest quality ingredients. Potency, and Heavy Metal testing is conducted on finished product by ALS Labs in Prague, Czech Republic; an independent GLP compliant laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
How did you choose the dosage?
We chose the dosage to deliver a meaningful daily amount of active omega-3, considering also the absorbability, focusing on DHA content rather than just total oil weight, and aligning with established intake ranges used for daily health support
EFSA states that 250 mg per day of EPA plus DHA is sufficient for maintenance of normal cardiac function, while higher intakes in the 2–4 g/day range are generally used for specific triglyceride-related outcomes rather than general wellness.
Is Omega-3 safe?
For most healthy adults, omega-3 supplements are generally considered safe when used as directed. EFSA concluded that supplemental intakes of EPA and DHA combined up to 5 g per day do not raise safety concerns for adults, and the NIH notes that side effects are usually mild.
If you are pregnant, preparing for surgery, or under medical care, consult your healthcare professional before us.
Who can benefit from it?
Omega-3 DHA can be especially helpful for people who eat little oily fish, want targeted support for brain and visual function, or want to strengthen the nutritional foundations of their long-term health routine. DHA intake is also particularly relevant during pregnancy, although pregnancy-specific dosing should be discussed separately and presented carefully.
How long does it take to see the results?
Think in weeks, not days - consistency matters most.
Omega-3s are typically used as a long-term daily supplement, not as a fast-acting product. Some people begin using them as part of a routine immediately, but meaningful changes in omega-3 status build gradually over time with consistent intake.
